Shipping policy
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We use Australia Post and currently ship within Australia only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it's on its way. Please note there may be slight dispatch delays during sale periods due to higher order volumes.
Australian Shipping
All prices are in AUD.
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days) — $11.00
- Express shipping (1–3 business days) — $15.00
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Delivery times are estimates from date of dispatch and may vary for regional or remote areas.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we're working towards. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@inkindle.com.au with your order number and a photo where applicable. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
