Refund policy
We've put a lot of care into what goes into Inkindle and we want you to feel confident every time you order. Please read through our policy below, and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplement products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind.
Please take care when selecting your products and, where relevant, ensure any supplement you choose is appropriate for your individual needs, ideally in consultation with your healthcare provider.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Inkindle will accept returns and provide an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product arrives damaged or faulty, and
- You can provide your online tax invoice or adequate proof of purchase.
Inkindle may refer the product to our manufacturer to assess the nature of the fault. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the issue is the result of misuse or neglect.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
Issues with Delivery
We take care in how your order is packed and shipped, but occasionally things can happen once a parcel leaves our hands.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, the wrong product has been sent, or something is missing, contact us at hello@inkindle.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
When you get in touch, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and/or packaging showing the damage
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, we'll arrange collection of the item for assessment, and from there we'll organise an exchange, repair or refund as applicable. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
