Inkindle is designed for the pre-conception preparation period however there is no requirement to cycle off our Pre-Conception & Hormone Support powder.

1. How do I take Inkindle?

Inkindle is a powder taken twice per day. One serve in the morning and one later in the day, each mixed into a glass of cool water or juice and consumed immediately.

2. Should I take Inkindle with food or on an empty stomach?

Inkindle is best taken with food. Many people find this more comfortable and easier to incorporate into their daily routine.

3. What can I mix Inkindle powder with?

Inkindle can be mixed with water, cold juice, a smoothie or milk of choice. Stir or shake well and consume immediately.

4. Can I mix Inkindle with hot drinks?

No, hot drinks can impact the efficacy of the ingredients in the powder. It is best mixed with cold or room temperature drinks.

5. What happens if I miss a dose?

Don't stress — just continue with your next serve as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one. Consistency over time matters far more than the occasional missed dose.

1. What are the active ingredients in Inkindle?

Inkindle contains a targeted combination of nutrients: Myo-Inositol, CoQ10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Choline, Methyl-folate (as Levomefolate Glucosamine), Zinc, Selenium, Iodine, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 (as Mecobalamin) and Vitamin C. Together these form the product's nutritional profile for the pre-conception period. Full quantities are listed on the product label.

2. Are the ingredient doses within safe limits?

The formula has been developed within the established requirements for listed complementary medicines in Australia. Specific nutrient quantities are listed on the product label and the full listing can be verified at tga.gov.au (AUST L 511883).

3. How does Inkindle differ from a typical prenatal supplement?

Prenatal supplements are generally formulated for use during pregnancy. Our Pre-Conception & Hormone Support powder is specifically designed for the pre-conception period.

We do this with a targeted nutrient profile in powder form by including active Methyl-folate rather than synthetic folic acid, and the inclusion of CoQ10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Myo-Inositol.

The easiest way to explain it? Prenatal is for baby and Pre Conception is for you.

4. Is Inkindle suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. Inkindle is vegan. The formula contains no animal-derived ingredients. All active and excipient ingredients, including Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12, are from non-animal origins.

5. Does Inkindle contain gluten?

No. Inkindle is gluten free.

6. Does Inkindle contain any other common allergens I should be aware of?

Our formula is gluten free and free from animal source products, crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, soy, tree nut or artificial colours

No. Every ingredient in Inkindle serves a purpose within the formulation. There are no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

The product is naturally flavoured using lime flavour and monk fruit extract.

8. Is Inkindle free from preservatives?

Yes. Inkindle contains no added preservatives.

1. How long will it take to receive my Inkindle order?

2. Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Yes. A dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent once the order has shipped.

3. Do you offer free shipping within Australia?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Express shipping is available at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Inkindle currently ships within Australia only. If you would like this product shipped internationally, please contact us at hello@inkindle.com.au.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Contact us at hello@inkindle.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

6. What is your returns policy if Inkindle doesn't suit me?

Nutritional products cannot be returned once purchased, as health regulations prevent us from accepting returns for change of mind. Please take care when selecting any supplement and ensure it is the right choice for you before purchasing.
